General Admission & Play Guidelines
Play Passes can be purchased online or on arrival, subject to availability, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Admission is only for children accompanied by an adult.
Your Play Pass covers all time in the café and play areas. Playtime is unlimited, but we may ask you to move to the play area after your table booking ends to make space for other families. Extensions may be possible, with additional fees.
Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times. Only food and drinks purchased at Little Pea Play Café can be consumed on the premises, and no food or drink is allowed in the play areas. Party decorations require prior approval.
Health & Safety / Disclosure Information
Please let us know of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs your child may have.
Emergency contact details must be provided upon entry.
Unwell children should not use the facilities.
First aid is available on-site.
Acknowledgment & Liability
Supervision – I understand that Little Pea Play Café is a parent-supervised play space. Staff are not responsible for supervising my child(ren). I agree to remain on the premises and within reachable distance of my child(ren) at all times.
Assumption of Risk – I acknowledge that play activities, including climbing, sliding, running, and interacting with other children, carry inherent risks of injury. By allowing my child(ren) to participate, I voluntarily assume all risks.
Health & Wellness – I confirm that my child(ren) are healthy and free from contagious illnesses. I agree not to bring my child(ren) if they have symptoms such as fever, vomiting, rash, or any sign of illness.
Personal Belongings – I understand that Little Pea Play Café is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Liability Waiver – In consideration for my child(ren) using the Play Café, I release and hold harmless Little Pea Play Café, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, or actions resulting from injury, damage, or loss during use of the facility.
Fair Play Rules
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
Socks must be worn; no shoes, sharp objects, jewellery, belts, or pens in play areas.
No food, drink, gum, or nuts in play areas.
No photos or videos of other children without consent; private party photos require parent approval.
By purchasing a Play Pass and attending Little Pea Play Café, you confirm that all disclosure information has been provided and that you agree to these guidelines.
